Summary

Curriculum development and delivery to prepare technicians and engineers for design and implementation of energy-efficient mechanical systems and renewable energy systems

Develop and provide educational opportunities for preparing technicians and engineers for design and implementation of energy‐efficient mechanical systems (e.g., heating and air conditioning) for public and private buildings. This includes new buildings and retrofitting existing buildings. The target jobs include four phases: energy auditor, contractor (design and implementation), commissioning (testing installed systems) and operation (continual tuning and maintenance).
