The proposed project will be designed in conjunction with Solar Skies Manufacturing LLC to develop a training initiative for the incumbent workforce. The project will identify and develop multiple levels of non-credit solar thermal training focused on developing industry instructors and creating training modules for consumers, designers, engineers, and trades people. |
