Several of our employees have doen the DiSC assessments and it is amazing how one sided our team is - but after DiSC it helped us understand where our breakdowns are. 	Feedback on ITV Meeting	1	1	I thought the ITV was very effective. It was convenient and didn't require a whole day to travel. We could hear and see everything very well.
